The journey
This eight-day cruise begins and ends in Bordeaux and explores three of the region's famous wine areas by river: Saint-Émilion, the Médoc and Sauternes. Guided tours take you through each, and the cruise adds a caviar tasting at a sturgeon farm and a private evening concert at a Médoc château. Drinks are included on board throughout the day, including regional wines paired with lunch and dinner. With the ship moored in Bordeaux at the start and end of the cruise, there is time to explore the city's historic centre, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
